Withdrawal processing times are typically within four hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending security review.

In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus credits must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any winnings derived from those bonus credits can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements within the specified period will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically.
wb999 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Sports betting odds are updated in real time and reflect market conditions at the time a bet is placed and accepted. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, wb999's determination, based on official sources, is final.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error affecting a casino game or sports bet, wb999 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. No claims for winnings that would have been generated but for the malfunction will be entertained. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard condition applicable to all wb999 casino games.
